Rebel Attack Part 2

I watched as the enemy of not just dragons, but of all creatures, stood before me. Buraki was now a cybernetic dragon. Pyron: “What have you done to yourself?!” Buraki: “Oh this? I decided since I couldn’t become a dragon I decided to become a cybernetic one. I’m mighty proud of myself and my new body.” Pyron: “Grrr. I’m taking you out now!” As I went for him a dragon appeared and knocked me back. Voice: “You’ll do no such hard to my master.” I look and saw a black dragon. Pyron: “Gah…and who are you?” Elliot: “The name’s Elliot, and you shall not harm Buraki.” Sylar: “Easy there tiger. Let Pyron collect himself over this initial shock.” Pyron: “Sylar…why ain’t I surprised…” Sylar: “Oh, I just wanted to be part of the winning team. After all, Buraki has all the cards in play.” Pyron: “What do you mean?” Sylar: “I’m saying you and your little band of rebels have lost. Even as we speak they’re getting manhandled.” Pyron: “Grrr.” Elliot: “Enough. Now I want to fight him master.” Buraki: “You may Elliot.” What have I got myself into?

Elliot: “I’ve waited for this moment Pyron. Your second compare to my sister.” Pyron: “Sorry, but I don’t quite follow, but I’ll deal with you first then Buraki.” Elliot: “The husband to my sister shall never touch the ruler of this world.” Pyron: “Huh?” He tackles me but I manage to bounce back and did a tackle on him. Sylar: “I’m rather enjoying this.” He fires bolts of lightning at me while I lobbed fireballs at him. Elliot: “You want to marry my sister, but you’ll never get the chance to.” Pyron: “I don’t know who your sister is, but-” Elliot: “Her name is Gana!” Pyron: “Gana! Gana never told me she had a brother.” Buraki: “Hahahaha, and there’s more she hasn’t told you.” Pyron: “What?! *Elliot struck me with this lightning* Aaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!! *He bites my tail and flings me to the other side of the room* Ow.” Elliot: “I wasn’t able to put her away, but I’ll put you down for good. Then…I will slay my sister and put down your daughter. Then, no one will stop master Buraki!” Pyron: “There’s…no way you’ll touch Gana or Angel!” I shot off my electricity at Elliot, sending him into a wall. Sylar: “What?! When can he do electricity?!” I floated up in the air and fire and electricity started swirling around me. From my body I fired off a vortex of fire and electricity, knocking back everything in the vicinity.

I floated back down. Pyron: “Whoa…how did I do that?” Buraki: “Gah…so you learn to use your fury?” Sylar: “Oww…what power…I’ll take it and-” Buraki: “No. Leave him.” Elliot: “Blast you…Pyron…” Elliot falls down. Buraki: “Well, your more powerful now than when you were a Dark Draco. However…you still lost.” Pyron: “I don’t think so. *I ran to him and slashed off his head. The body toppled over* It’s over. This war-” Buraki: “Isn’t over by a long shot.” Pyron: “What?! But how can you still be alive?!” A projecton appeared in the middle of the room. Buraki: “You silly lizard. I’m always one step ahead of you. I’m in the one place you’ll never reach me…in cyber space. Bwahahaha!” Pyron: “Cyber space?! Your…a virus?!” Buraki: “Virus? Hmm…the Buraki Virus…heeheehee. Nice ring to it. My brainwaves have been inplanted on a computer chip that‘s here in my tower.” Pyron: “Well, like all viruses, they be put down, and we’re the cure. I‘ll destroy you once and for all.” Buraki: “Well, that’s mighty nice, but you cannot destroy me. Not to mention…” Suddenly the tower began to shake. Pyron: “What’s going on?!” Buraki: “It’s launch time. My operations here in San Francisco is done. Soon, all realms of this planet will be ravaged.” Pyron: “Launch time?! *I ran to a window and saw the tower was starting to fly* What?! This place’s flying?!” Buraki: “You didn’t think I keep my flying Citadel Tower in a place for long did you?” Pyron: “Grrr.” Buraki: “Now you have a choice Pyron: destroy me and delay your destruction, or help the prisoners you freed from my army before they’re all slaughtered?” Pyron: “Grrrr…* I headed for the window* Next time Buraki, you won’t be so fortunate.” I got out of the flying fortress tower and flew down, where I saw the rebels greatly over match protecting the prisoners. I swooped in and took out as many as I could and gave the rebels some breathing room. When it was over, the rebels were now down to only 15...including Thomas, Mike, and Sparkles. I watch as Buraki got away.

Gana, Flame, and they’re small group soon came as I was looking on the wounded. Sparkles: “We suffer gravely.” Pyron: “What now Sparkles? With Buraki gone, Crisis City, I mean San Francisco‘s now free…but look at this place…” Sparkles: “Yeah…” Thomas: “I wouldn’t worry. I got in touch with my brother who’s leading a rebel group of his own. He’s coming in 2 days to help us move out.” Pyron: “But, what about these freed civilians now?” Sparkles: “They’re each determine to see this war come to an end. Most of them want to help.” Mike: “Then I say we get them train then. Let’s head back to HQ.” Thomas: “You mean our hideout.” Mike: “Um…yeah, hahaha.” They left. Sparkles: “Thanks again Pyron. You and your friends have some catching up to do.” She leaves and I sighed. Gana and the others took off and I followed. We found a forest area and landed Gana: “I am sorry Pyron. I could not help you with this one.” I saw she was disappointed. Pyron: “It’s ok. I knew it would end like this.” She turned to the others. Gana: “Can you leave us alone for a moment? *They understood and left* Pyron…*She hugged me*…I missed you.” I didn’t know why, but it was only a couple of weeks, but I hugged her back. I wasn’t sure if what Elliot said was true and he and Gana are siblings, or what Buraki said that there was more that Gana never told me. None of that mattered now. What’s important now is that we get to our friends. Our fight with Buraki is now getting tougher.

Rebel Attack Part 1

As I got closer and closer to the city I can hear gunfire. Seems the fight has started. I flew down when I saw a few Aerostats. I went to the rebel hideout, and I got netted again. Thomas: “Who are you intruder?” Pyron: “Thomas, it’s me…Pyron.” Thomas: “Pyron?! Impossible. Pyron was a Dark Draco.” Pyron: “It is me.” Mike: “It could be an imposter. Maybe one of Buraki’s machines.” Sparkles: “No it isn’t. I sense the fiery aura of our friend. It is indeed Pyron. *They letted me out of the net* I see you’re back to normal and no longer a Dark Draco. I’m glad, and now the Dark Draco cycle has ended.” Pyron: “Wait…you mean returning to normal ended the Dark Draco cycle?” Sparkles: “Yes. But right now we have more matters to attend to. A few of the resistance members defected over to Buraki’s side.” Pyron: “Your kidding?!” Sparkles: “Wish I was. There were 60 of us, but now there’s only 35. We sent 8 on a scouting mission, but only Mike came back.” Mike: “I came across a human who seem to use Shadow magic. He told me his name was Sylar.” Pyron: “Sylar?! That hairless ape! *I saw a few ape members* Uh…sorry, no pun intended.” Thomas: “You know him?” Pyron: “He wanted to take the Oracle’s powers, but I intervene and he took my…Shadow magic…wait, you sent me to the Oracle so I would come across Sylar?!” Sparkles: “Better you than her.” I groaned, but I was a bit proud since I no longer was a Dark Draco. Pyron: “Well, he did knocked me out a few days, but least I-” Suddenly there was an explosion.

We went outside and we saw Buraki’s mechanize army heading for us. Thomas: “Aerostats, Dragon hunters, skin jobs, Death Hounds. Evan a Transporter?!” Mike: “We’re severely outgunned.” Pyron: “Maybe…but we’re not outsmarted. You get things ready. I’ll try to stall them as long as I can.” I flew up and made my way to the army. I fired fire balls at the skin jobs and tried my new electric power. I manage to short circuit about 30 of them at one point. The transporter tried to get me, but I was able to dodge it. I heard voices inside of it, so I flew at full speed and used my fire to make a fire shield as I busted through it, disabling it. There were a few people in it, none of which were rebels. They manage to get out. Mike: “We’re here Pyron!” Mike and the rebels finally came after 5 minutes, and the fight had begun.

It went on for over an hour. So much robot parts scattered everywhere. I was exhausted. I was still in the air, fighting back a few Aerostats and knocking them out. Pyron: “Is there no end to this? *I saw Buraki’s tower in the distance* Guess I better head over there and take it out.” So I flew straight for the tower. Voice: “Hey! Pyron!” That voice…I turned and I saw Gana and Flame. They had a few humans with them, one of them Peter. Suddenly A few Aerostats attacked them. I head straight for them. Voice: “No brother. You mustn’t help them.” Pyron: Luna? But…they’re in trouble.” Voice: “I know, but you must let them handle this. Your task is to head in to the tower and confront Buraki.” I hate to have leave them, but Luna was right. Pyron: “Please be careful.” So I continued on to the tower. The closer I got, the fiercer the defenses got, but I busted through, but after 2 minutes the defenses just stopped. I didn’t know what was going on, but I continued and busted through a wall.

I found myself in the prison blocks. Many creatures from humans to dragons were here. I pushed the release doors button and the cell doors opened. Pyron: “Everyone, get out of here!* They stampeded out and I flew up, busting floor after floor until I made it to the top. I was in Buraki’s throne room. Voice: “Ah Pyron, so good of you to have come. The proud father of the little whelping who’s suppose to destroy me.” Pyron: “Buraki! Your reign of terror ends today!” Buraki: “Oh, I beg to differ my dear boy. *Suddenly I heard pounding* My reign has just begun. Bwahahaha!” I turned and saw a large cybernetic dragon. Pyron: “Buraki?! That’s you?!” Buraki: “Indeed it is. Bwahahaha!” I couldn’t believe what I saw. Looks like I’m in trouble.

Out with the dark, in with the shock

Gana: “Aaaaaaaaaaaa!!!” Pyron: “Ganaaa!!!” I woke up. Oracle: “Well, you finally woke up.” Pyron: “Oh man, how long was I out?” Oracle: “3 days.” Pyron: “3 days?!” Oracle: “Yep. Sylar took your Shadow power.” Pyron: “What?! (I tried to use my Shadow magic, but I couldn’t) This can’t be. My Shadow power’s gone. This is just great. Now my edge is gone. *I pounded the ground and felt a shock* Ow. Why did I get shocked?” Oracle: “Because your Electric magic just awoken.” Pyron: “My Electeic magic? But I can’t use-*I looked at my paw, and it was red* What?! *I looked at a large crystal to see my reflection. I didn’t had black scales anymore* What?! I’m red again?” Oracle: “In stealing your Shadow power, Sylar also took away your Dark Draco form. You’re no longer a Dark Draco Pyron. Your curse has been lifted.” Pyron: “Wow…*I looked at myself again, and I noticed my black spinal plates, my wing membrane, and my tail blade were no longer black. They were yellow. Even my horns took on a yellow color, but my belly was still white, and there was a small yellow thunder bolt on both sides of my torso* Did…something happen to me while I was out?” Oracle: “Your slumbering Electric powers awoken. That is your true second power.” Pyron: “But…aren’t dragons suppose to have one type of power?” Oracle: “Yes, but how you and your friends came about you each have been granted ‘special’ powers.” Pyron: “By whom? Wait, my Draco power had suppressed my healing power. Is it…?” Oracle: “Yes, but luckily, your daughter has it. It’s one of her powers, but her true power has yet to be awaken, and in due time…it will.”

I practiced my Electric power for a short time. Seeing how Gana used hers I thought I could handle it. I thought about a new combo attack. With my Shadow power gone I coud no longer do a Shadow Blitz. Suddenly I felt a sharp pain in my heart. I know that feeling. It was Gana. She was in trouble. Oracle: “Going to find your precious mate?” Pyron: “Yeah. I know Gana’s far away from me, but somehow…I can still sense her.” Oracle: “The bond you both share is stronger than you might think young one. But…” Pyron: “But what?” Oracle: “The rebels will soon storm Buraki’s tower in Crisis City. Without your help, they’ll either be killed or made into skin jobs.” Pyron: And what if Gana’s in trouble. She was losing her powers and-” Oracle: “And you left before you can learn anything young one. If you go to find Gana, the rebels in Crisis City will fail.” Pyron: And if I do help the rebels Gana will…gah! Sorry Oracle, but Gana…she’s been there for me ever since I returned.” Oracle: “I see.” Pyron: “When I’m sure she’s ok, I’ll come back and help the rebels.” Voice: “Don’t Pyron. You must go help the rebels. Gana will be ok. You must go to the tower and free the prisoners.” Luna’s voice. Always so sweet. How I miss mi sister. Oracle: “Looks like you made your choice then.” Pyron: “Yes. To go help the rebels.” I left out of the Oracle’s Cave and made my way back to the worn torn city of San Francisco, otherwise known now as Crisis City.

Back at Buraki’s tower. Skin job: “Sir, all preparations for launch is now ready.” Buraki: “Good. Once we catch the rebels here it’s onward to the next area. Hm? Oh, your bacck. Did you kill them?” Elliot: “No sir. They got away.” Buraki: “No matter. Gana and her little band will be dealt with. And I’m sure Pyron is on his way here?” Sylar: “If he is, what do you want me to do? Take his Fire power too?” Buraki: “No. Elliot, I want you to fight Pyron. See how you fair against him, like you did with your sister Gana. Bwahahahaha!” As I make my was closer to the city I could see the crimson smoky sky. Crisis city was close. I had no idea what was coming up, but I had a bad feeling it won’t be good.

Trials of the Oracle

Sylar, the old turtle, and I went into the cave. All 3 of us seem to want to locate the Oracle. Sylar…something about him didn’t seem right. I just thought it was just me being paranoid. The old turtle…something about him seems t draw my concern. Why did he seek the Oracle. We came to a fork in the road…or in this case, a fork in the cave. Pyron: “Hmm…which way do we go? Left or right?” Sylar: “Gaaa! I’m going right! *So he goes right, and comes out the left side* Wha…what just happened? Grrr….I’ll go left. *So he does, and comes out the right side* Again?!” Pyron: “Well, this is a fine puzzle.” Turtle: “Well, to move forward, one must see the path before they’re eyes.” I didn’t understand what the turtle meant, but I looked left and right. But in the middle I noticed the wall looked a little funny. I walked over to it. Sylar: “What are you doing?” I place my paw on the wall and it went through. Pyron: “Hm? This wall’s a fake?” Sylar: “Good. I’m going through.” He ran pass me into the hidden passage. Pyron: “Grrr…” Turtle: “Nevermind him. Our goal is still the same.” So we went through it too.

As we walked for a short while we came to a section where the cave looked unstable. Turtle: “We must be careful. This part of the cave doesn’t seem sturdy.” I had to agree with the old timer on that. Sylar: “Gaaa!!! Where are you Oracle!!!” That blasted Sylar yelled so loud he started a cave in. Pyron: “We gotta get out of here!” As we were about to go…Turtle: ‘Hellp!” I saw the old turtle was caught between 2 rocks. Pyron: “We gotta help him!” Sylar: “Help him if you want. I got that Oracle to find.” He runs off. Pyron: “Son of a…hang on old timer.” I was able to pry the 2 rocks off of him and carried him to safety before the corridor collapsed. Turtle: “You know…I think I’ll take that offer for a ride.” Pyron: “Ok old man.” He got on my back and I went on.

We found that no good Sylar in a cave with lots of crystals. Sylar: “So…what kept you. Thought you both would be reptilian soup.” Pyron: “Why you-” Turtle:” Hey, what’s going on over there?” A few crystals started to move around and form 2 mini sized golems. Sylar: “You gotta be kidding me. I’ll take them down!” So he went in, drawing his sword, and try to take down a golem, but all he did was get knocked back. I try firing fireballs at then but it did no good. Pyron: “How are we suppose to take these things down? *I noticed the old turtle was off my back and just sitting down* Uh, old timer, you do know there are enemies here.” Turtle: “I do, but they only attack in self defense.” Pyron: “Self defense? *I took notice that when Sylar attacked the golems never attacked back, rather they knocked him back and never attack first. So I just stood there and a golem came at me. When it reached me, it stopped and just stood there. A few seconds later it fell apart* Sylar, stop attacking!” Sylar: “What for?! I’m taking it down!” The golem then just shattered. Pyron: “Sylar destroyed it?” Turtle: “Not quite. He pretty much failed.” Sylar and Pyron: “Huh?” Sylar: “What do you mean I failed?” Turtle: “You don’t see it do you? The Oracle was testing you two.” Pyron: “Testing us? All this was a test?” Sylar: “Wait a minute, you said the two of us, but didn’t you come here for the Oracle too?” Turtle: “No. That’s because…I am the Oracle.” The turtle rised up into the air and there was a burst of light. We covered our eyes, and when the light dimmed down, we saw a white dragon. Pyron: “Your…the Oracle?” Oracle: “Yes. Many like you have tried to find me. A few succeeded while others failed.” I couldn’t believe it.

Sylar: “At long last, I found you. Now I shall have what I seek.” Pyron: “What?” Sylar: “I came here to find the Oracle for one reason: to steal her powers.” Pyron: “What?! Steal her powers?!” Oracle: “You do know you’ll fail Sylar. Even Laiken aw your failure.” Pyron: “Wait, you mean he’s…” Sylar: “A slayer? Yes. Well, ex slayer. And I’ll start by taking your powers lizard boy!” He went for my neck. I started to feel my powers being drained. Pyron: “Gaaaaaaaaaaa!!! Get off of me!” I tried to get him off but he was moving to quick for me to get a hand on. I decided to run into a wall. I was able to get Sylar off of me. Sylar: “I’ll finish you off in a bit. First things first…” He went straight for the Oracle, but was stopped short. Oracle: “You honestly think you would win. Tee hee. As I said, you…failed.” Using her power she sent him flying out of her cave. I was able to get up…but barely. Pyron: “Gah…remind me not to get on your bad side…” I then collapsed. Oracle: “Rest up young one. You had quite an ordeal.” So I did.

Sylar landed in what was a dilapidated swamp. Sylar: “Grrr…that Pyron will pay…but, least I manage to get his power…” A black ball of shadow energy was in the palm of his hand. He then disappeared into the swamp…
